Termites may be very small insects that tend to stay out of sight, but this does not mean they stay out of mind. They can quickly leave behind extensive damage. This damage can be very expensive to repair. This report can be primarily for prospective home buyers. It will say whether or not termites have caused damage to the property or have left damage behind prior to you buying the home. This report is a must have when buying, selling, or refinancing a home! It is a very inexpensive way to avoid problems before you commit. This is basically a termite certificate. The WDIR , which Eagle Eye can provide, is a legal document that is required by the lender, and has been issued by a local inspector like us here at Eagle Eye Termite and Pest Control. It clearly states whether or not the structure in question has had an termite infestation in the past or currently has one.

The WDIR determines specific questions such as:

1. Does the structure or home currently have an infestation?
2. What type of insects are causing the infestation?
3. Has the structure had an infestation in the past?
4. Is there structural damage due to past or current infestations?
5. Has the home been treated in the past for infestations?
